This complete polyurethane processing system includes the Hennecke ECOPLUS MK2 metering machine, a 1001 Polyol/Isocyanate tank station, an MT-E 18-2 mixhead, and HX12 metering lines for Polyol and Isocyanate.

The system is designed for precise metering, reproducibility, and efficiency in polyurethane foam production. The tank station features 100-liter capacity tanks, safety features, and temperature control. The mixhead is a two-component high-pressure recirculation model with single deflection and vertical positioning.

The metering lines utilize axial piston pumps with safety pressure relief valves and PLC-controlled inverters. The included FOAMATIC control and process data analysis system provides comprehensive monitoring and control of the entire system. This Hennecke equipment package is ideal for a variety of polyurethane applications.
